  • Mountain weather is part of the alpine experience, and activities normally take place in all but the most extreme conditions. If adjustments are required, we will recommend the best alternatives to help you make the most of your time in St. Moritz.

  • We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are free of charge.

    For cancellations made within 48 hours of the activity, the full booking amount is payable.

  • Yes. In addition to private ski instruction and off-piste guiding, we can help arrange mountain lunches, scenic carriage rides, helicopter flights, private night skiing and other bespoke alpine experiences.

  • Yes. For all off-piste experiences, avalanche safety equipment (beacon, shovel, and probe) is required.

    The equipment is not included in the price, but if needed, we can recommend trusted rental providers in St. Moritz and help you arrange everything in advance.
